Poetry on TV (by Tobias and Violeta)

For years Harald Schmidt is the king of late-night-talk on German TV!
Twice weekly he presents his show - a combination of written gags, improvisation and a short interview with mostly one guest.
Always funny, always cynical, always politically incorrect!


Last week he invited the host of a new show which is going to start tonight. It will be the first POETRY SLAM-show on German TV and he quoted from one of the contributions:

Ich bin ein Flamingo und Du bist ein Gnu
Ich … Flamingo … Du Gnu
Ich … und Du?

We are not sure if this foretaste is a recommendation for the show or rather a warning?
